Let the Bolt Tape come to room temperature.

Apply the tape to clean, dry skin before exercise, to allow the adhesive to set.

Tear the paper in half and then pull apart.

How to stick tape

Peel the tape backing off one half of the tape and place on the body, working from that half to the next.

How to place tape

Press the tape and rub it for 20 seconds to allow the glue to adhere to the skin.
